Smolicious goes to the Big City!

This past month has been a full-circle moment for us—Smolicious finally made it to Murfreesboro, and let me tell y’all… it was somethin’ special.
We set up shop at the Rutherford County Farmers Co-op, and that right there meant a whole lot. That spot ain’t just another stop—it’s personal. My Queen, Sara Beth, grew up right here in the ‘Boro. She studied agriculture back in high school, right down the road, and went on to earn her Bachelor’s in Ag Business from MTSU. So bringing our Smolicious food trailer to her hometown, to a place rooted in the same soil that shaped her? That was powerful.
From the first smoothie blend to the last salad served, the vibe was nothing but love. We saw so many familiar faces, met new friends, and shared laughs, hugs, and healthy eats with a whole lotta Kinfoke. Y’all showed up, showed out, and made it clear—Middle Tennessee is ready to Eat Better and Feel Better.
Smolicious has taken us all over the place, but there’s somethin’ about bringing it home that hits different. Thank you to everyone who came by to support us, share your stories, and give us that hometown energy. And a big shoutout to the Rutherford County Co-op for welcoming us with open arms.
We’ll be back, Murfreesboro. This is just the beginning.
