I remember being that hungry young artist — wide-eyed, full of fire, chasing a dream. Back then I was the student. Now, as the older artist, I realize the learning never stops. You don’t just teach the next generation — you learn from them, too.
This weekend I had the chance to shoot the video for “Church in the Trailer” with Marcotic, and it reminded me how powerful that exchange can be. He came in humble, organized, and ready to work — traits that’ll carry him far in music, and in life. His attitude and professionalism impressed me, but even more than that, his spirit spoke volumes.

Behind the scenes, we swapped stories, ideas, and a lot of respect. Iron sharpening iron — that’s what it’s about. Staying teachable. Honoring the craft. Trusting God’s timing in every season.
Life’s about growth and change, and I’m thankful the timing was right for this collaboration. God will always put you where you’re supposed to be, right when you’re supposed to be there. 🙏
This song is more than music — it’s ministry, and it’s been a blessing to bring it to life alongside Marcotic.
