A couple of weeks ago I got an email asking if I would be interested in coming out to Lynchburg to be a guest on their local podcast. SB and I were so excited to get out and take a little drive down the road to Barrelhouse BBQ right off the historic square in Lynchburg, Tennessee.

It's been a while since I've been in a BBQ joint, but I'll tell you Chuck, the owner was a great guy, and even promises me a black bean vegan burger next time I stop in! He lets the guys of the Big Ben Show hold their podcast in his restaurant. Let me tell you, it's a cool spot! I loved the atmosphere and think it's definitely worth checking out while you're out that way.
The podcast is hosted by Ben along with his buddies Garrett and Tyler. We chatted about my life experiences, how I got into music, what life was like in the early years in Bedford County, and a little bit about my diet and lifestyle choices. We wrapped it up with a little game of trivia and "Would you rather?". We had a great time getting to know each other and I hope you check it out.
