There's a hip little spot off Lopez Mateos near Tepeyac in Zapopan, Guadalajara called "Chai". SB used to go there to brunch, study, and have drinks with her friends when she called Mexico home. When we were there back in 2019, we got up, caught an Uber from our Airbnb and had an amazing breakfast while checking emails on the book update.
