What's up Kinfoke!! Not only is February my birthday month, it's also time for SMOTIVATION.
I want to thank Chelsea LoCascio from the Boro Pulse for reaching out to me requesting an interview. We had a great conversation that she was able to turn into an incredibly well-written story about my weight loss journey with my wife Sara Beth.
