Happy Monday, Kinfoke! I've been so excited to share the carrot cake recipe with you.
No cooking required, this cake is raw! And so amazing! I can't lie, it was even better for breakfast on Black Friday!
SB found the recipe online and made a few adjustments just based on the ingredients we already had. We were out of prunes, so SB soaked some raisins in hot water.
Top your piece of carrot cake with date syrup for an extra sweetness.
This recipe is raw, vegan, gluten-free, and oil-free! You can taste it as you go to see if things need adjusting according to your sweetness preference.
